And also on 2013 Netmarble has incorporated Joygame which is the biggest online game company on Turkey and Middle East Area.

  • Must have bachelor degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management
  • Being superb social media user
  • Interested in gaming industry
  • Excellent command in Turkish and English
  • Excellent editorial skills
  • Good command in MS Office programs
  • Ability to use communication channels perfectly
  • High ability of creative and innovative thinking
  • Availability to work in Anatolian side of Istanbul is a must

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Generating and managing the community in accordance with target group analysis (Don’t panic, our community is the best one)
  • Content creation and management of social media accounts
  • Finding solutions in order to raise follower number (How can I get more followers? It’s time to answer!)
  • Weekly and monthly content planning according to marketing strategies (It isn’t easy, but with great social media skills, it’s all in a few days’ work.)
  • Working for increasing interaction and community communication (Be comfortable talking to people)
  • Generating creative campaigns by cooperating with other departments and following up outputs of those campaigns
  • Monitoring in accordance with key words and channels
  • Management of social CRM
  • Following up customers’ requests, complaints, demands and forwarding them to customer support and other related teams (Don’t forget customers are always right)
  • Preparing weekly social media reports
  • Rival analysis for brands (Keep your friends close and your enemies closer)
  • Following up innovations and trends in digital world and implementing appropriate ones for the benefit of the company
  • Content creation for portals, forums, game pages and keep them updated
