Scope of work and conditions:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday only, 09:00-17:30
• On-site user support for total ~20 users (mostly remote workers, relatively few problems)
• Fixed customer location (Pancarlı Mah, WHO Emergency Office)
• Remote support via Teamviewer and phone call, on working days, if needed
• Advanced troubleshooting with Windows operating systems (Win7 and later)
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting with Office apps and popular Windows apps
• Basic troubleshooting for LAN and internet connectivity
• Configuration and troubleshooting with network connected printers
• Installation and configuration tasks on mobile devices (mostly iPhone)
• Regular reporting/updating the support tasks, IT device tracking etc.
• Preventive maintenance and monitoring for software and hardware

Technical skills:

• Fluent English speaking is a must (face to face and on the phone)
• Minimum 1 year experience in I.T. support
• Graduated from high school or university (preferred)
• Military service completed for male candidates (preferred)
