Who you are:

Netsparker is looking for an IT manager with experience leading system administrators, devOps engineers and help desk specialists across Turkey, Malta and US. This role will be reporting directly to the vice president of engineering. Advanved-level English speaking, listening, writing and reading is required. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee daily operational activities of information technology systems
  
• Manage help desk service for employees
• Manage a team of system administrators, devOps engineers, and help desk specialists across Turkey, Malta and US
• Plan and manage annual IT OPEX / CAPEX budget
• Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards / procedures for implementing technical solutions
• Translates business needs into functional technical requirements.
• Recommend and implement systems that will ensure that data, devices, and networks are secure

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience managing IT teams (including remote locations)
• Experience working with both Mac and PC hardware and operating systems
• Experience managing cloud services, such as AWS IDM, Microsoft Azure
• Organizational and project management skills
• Partner with enterprise-wide compliance initiatives (ISO 27001 etc.)
• Experience implementing and managing enterprise-wide programs (Azure AD, InTune, ATP, G Suite, Jira, Confluence, etc)
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic plans
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work across various time zones

What Will Be a Plus:

• ITIL foundation certification
• AWS certification
• Experience with Azure AD, InTune, ATP
• Experience with SIEM and SOC tools
