(Dutch) Agency Management Advisor

Responsibilities

1. Develop and deepen the resources of the Dutch market, expand local cooperation resources such as MCN institutions / communication operators / advertising companies / talent agencies to achieve business goals;

2. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters; Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;

3. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement;

4. Prepare reports on account status, monitor the marketing situation of competitive products in the Turkey and input the first-line competitive products and information to the headquarters

5. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements

1. Proficient in Dutch or English .

2. Excellent team work spirit, good communication and presentation skills;

3. Patience, responsible, strong ability to execute the policy and resist compression;

4. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role; Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;

5. Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel);

6. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;

7. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
