Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily HR functions of BIGO Turkey Office including hiring and interviewing staff, leave attendance, Onboard & Offboard Process, and enforcing company HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities

1. Active work in all aspects of HR operations to ensure staff engagement.

2. Develop recruitment plan and recruitment policy based on BIGO’s target and strategy.

3. Be responsible for a complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing and selection, candidate presentation, interview arrangement, and offer management until candidates are onboard successfully.

4. Responsible for new hires in processing, orientation, and onboarding activities.

5. Performs routine HR tasks including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety.

6. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

7. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

8.  Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; HR related major is a plus;

2. At least two years’ experience in the HR field; Chinese company experience is a plus;

3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to details;

4. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality;

5. Excellent command of both oral and written English;

6. Familiar with all kinds of recruiting channel, excellent communication skill; 

7. Familiar with MS office, excel, PPT, outlook;

8. Team player and open-minded.
