Operation Specialist (German Speaker Need)

Agency Management Advisor 
1. Introduce high-quality live content, influencers, and celebrities. Responsible for traffic import and user acquisition, such as online and offline traffic exchange campaigns. Responsible for business development, strategic/marketing/branding cooperation, project contract signing and negotiation, project follow-up, and result review.
2. Develop and deepen the resources of the German market, expand local cooperation resources such as MCN institutions/communication operators / advertising companies/talent agencies to achieve business goals.
3. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
4. Formulate operation strategy based on the user, client demand, and local market trend. Aim to increase the market share and dominate the live-streaming industry of German and Austrian Market.

Event Management Advisor 
1. Combine current affairs and hot spots, organize and plan events.
2. Events registration collecting, events notification and promotion, and events following.Find problems in the process of follow-up events and solve them in time.
3. Analyze and review the results of the events, be responsible for events results; And provide analysis of events, summarize each event and optimize the future events.

User Management Advisor
1. Provide advanced knowledge of products, trends and professional service to VIP local customers of the live-streaming industry.
2. Assist our VIP users with all customer service inquiries via chat, phone, e-mail and social media.
3. Manage the stability and improvement of VIP recharge and consumption; lengthen the lifecycle of VIP user.
4. Build lasting relationships with VIP users, develop open channels of communication and become a reliable advisor.

Family Management Advisor
1. Regularly plan in-app activities and initiatives designed for the family user structure to stimulate user participation.
2. Establish and develop understandings from our users; leverage communications toimprove user experience and increase user growth.
3. Communicate and establish relationships with family leaders of various levels.
4. Expand family user group participation and grow existing participation rates.
5. Work cross-collaboratively to ensure monthly revenue targets are met.
6. Data analysis of family activities and interaction behavior to provide weekly insights to management; leveraging these insights to drive the business forward.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree is required; Bilingual in German-English.
2. At least 1-3 years+ related experience in IT, Internet, technology industry.
3. Skilled use Office, can use Word, Excel, PPT for operational analysis and reporting.
4. Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast spaced, dynamic environment. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
5. Flexibility with night shifts.
