Job Description:

1. Provide advanced knowledge of products, trends, and professional service to VIP local customers of the live-streaming industry

2. Assist our VIP users with all customer service inquiries via chat, phone, e-mail, and social media

3. Manage the stability and improvement of VIP recharge and consumption, lengthen the lifecycle of VIP user

4. Build lasting relationships with VIP users, develop open channels of communication and become a reliable advisor

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Turkish and German Language;

2. Experience with big customer account management or related industry is preferred;

3. Enjoy connecting with customers at a deeper level and are able to exceed customer expectations;

4. Smart, active thinking, strong communication skills;

5. Accept the customed working shifts and night shifts in accordance with the customer demand. (night shift with extra allowance)
