GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Areas of responsibility

  • To validate and adapt expressed needs in terms of maintenance intervention.
  • To define weekly maintenance (preventive and improvement)  work plan in terms of needs and constraints from different services
  • To enforce standards (maintenance data sheet) within one's scope.
  • To offer realistic and feasible solutions to correct deviations (availability, operating conditions).
  • To contribute to the return to standard (availability, operating conditions) within one's scope.
  • To contribute to the formalization of standards (maintenance date sheet, schedule visit, measures, systematic checks with maintenance 1st level).
  • To conduct analyses and solve simple or complex problems (statistics, 6 sigma) with teams or within a specific improvement group.
  • To contribute to standards improvment within one's scope.
  • To put in place new methods.
  • To measure and follow performance indicators (KPIs) which are associated with performance targets for one's scope.
  • To establish action plans that will lead to the accomplishment of performance targets within one's working area.
  • To mobilize teams to achieve performance targets.
  • To encourage team performance by recognising individual contributions.

  • To conduct brainstorming sessions.
  • To offer solutions and assess advantages/risks related to each alternative.
  • To involve teams in seeking and in putting in practice solutions.
  • To include maintenance elements in new equipment specifications (use, performance, flexibility, total cost of maintenance).
  • To understand internal customers' constraints.
  • To ensure the respect of customer satisfaction into the standards.
  • To explain customers' constraints to the teams.

Required skills and qualifications 

  •      Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
  •      2 years relevant industrial experience
  •      Fluent English skills
  •      MS Office skills
  •      Preferably with knowledge of SAP program.
  •      Preferably with knowledge of electrical motors, PLC automation, control systems  and Frequency Drivers.
  •      Preferably with knowledge of Autocad.
  •      Preferably Has ISO 50001:Certificate of Energy Management system
  •      Preferably experienced in Hydraulic, Pneumatic Circuit Reading and Problem Solving.
  •      Strong motivational and empowerment skills
  •      Strong communication skills
  •      Strong relationship management skills.
  •      To possess managerial courage.
  •      To take initiative.
  •      To remain calm under pressure.
