QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


  • University degree from a reputable university
  • Min 3 – 5 years of Experience in Account Manager position in web based IT projects, digital marketing and mobile solutions
  • Ability to learn new technologies, follow up developments and convert them to the project ideas for customers
  • Ability to use social media networks very actively, follow up developments in this area and convert them to the project ideas for customers
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with external and new customers
  • A keen desire to help customers be successful;
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • No military obligation for male candidates for at least 2 years
  • No obstacle for traveling 
  • Valid driver's license



Job Description

  • Knowledgable in custom software solutions, digital marketing and mobile solutions, account manager analyzes customer needs, converts customer requirements into projects and maintains customer satisfaction by regular visits and contacts, and by responding customers’ requests on time.
  • Focus on gaining new business through face-to-face meetings, up-sells, appointment settings and opportunity trackings for potential new clients.
  • Develop strategies for new client acquisition, make use of own network and other eligible channels.
  • To contact existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services
  • To participate in sales meetings with customers, develop innovative ideas and strategies, and prepare the offers in accordance with clients’ needs
  • To learn new technologies, hunt new trends and turn them into prospective customer projects
  • To canalize customers towards projects and present some new ideas for excellent solutions
  • To set up own accounts, manage and monitor all sales activities for the allocated account portfolio
  • To maintain close working relationships with customers to include regular visits and contacts
  • To support the development, implementation, and adjustment of a business plan and a sales strategy for the digital marketing solutions of the company
