QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related discipline
  
• Experience in HR department with a similar job description is advantage
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English/Turkish
  
• Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, Social Security Law, HR processes and practices
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
  
• Multi-tasking ability
  
• Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn
  
• Ability to approach situations with empathy but assess it analytically
  

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create the most productive and enjoyable work environment possible
  
• Managing payroll timekeeping process, including vacation and sick leaves and overtime workings
  
• Supporting drive recruitment and exit processes (job ads, pre-screening, interview scheduling)
  
• Develop new HR projects based on employee expectations
  
• Supporting to resolve teammate questions or concerns
  
• Organizing and following compulsory individual retirement insurances
  
• Organizing and following employee's personnel files
  
• Supporting administrative affairs tasks
  
• Working closely with Finance and Accounting departments
  
• Create coaching and individual talent development opportunities for our employees
  

Bonus Points:

• Intermediate or higher spoken and written Azerbaijani.
  
• Human Resources and coaching related certificates.
  
• Additional certification and/or education on Psychology
