Cafe Manager & Professional Host/Hostess

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager and a Professional Host/Hostess to join our team.

Cafe Manager Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of management experience in large cafés, restaurants, or the hospitality industry.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• High standards for hygiene, food safety, and quality control.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.

Cafe Manager Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the café.
• Supervise staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and team motivation.
• Effectively manage inventory and stock control.
• Oversee purchasing processes and maintain supplier relationships.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Create innovative ideas and promotional campaigns to increase store revenue.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and operational standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.

Professional Host/Hostess Requirements
