Export Sales Support Specialist

Nitto Bento Bantçılık San. ve Tic. A.Ş is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto Group. We are currently accepting applications for our plant in Esenyurt / Istanbul where we produce and market closure tapes & frontal tapes for baby and adult diapers, wet wipes, as well as packaging tapes, protective tapes for window profile, external facade panels, aluminum and steel plates sectors.  

We are looking for Export Sales Support Specialist who will work in Industrial Sales Department.

Your profile:

·         University graduation from related fields of universities,

·         Preferably related 2 years experience,

·         Excellent command of written and spoken English,

·         Action oriented, analytical, effective communicator, flexible, self-learner,

·         Good knowledge and experience in excel and office software applications, SAP is an asset

·         Completed military service for male applicants,

·         Residence in İstanbul European side.

The function:

·         Taking orders

·         Creating proposals based on orders

·         Using SAP for documentation, create order and shipments

·         Reporting the activities in the product range

·         Communicate with customers

·         Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems

·         Providing data and guides to help the sales team

·         Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

·         Data entry regarding sales statistics

·         Customer credit control
