Nitto Bento Bantçılık San. ve Tic. A.Ş is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto.

We are currently accepting applications for our growing organisation located in Esenyurt / Istanbul where we produce closure system components for baby and adult diapers for hygiene market, as well as packaging tapes, surface protection tapes for window profiles, external facade panels, aluminum and steel plates for industrial sectors.

Purpose and Duties:

• Preparation of monthly financial statements inline with Group Accounting Policies and reporting to headquarter
  
• Perform monthly variance and bridge analysis (actual-forecast and budget)
• Preparation of monthly sales and operating profit forecast
• Preparation of monthly sales and raw material purchase analysis reports
• Preparation of all financial presentations for monthly BoD and MC meetings
• Preparation annual budget and its semi-annual revisions as well as Mid-Term-Plan
• Preparation of Balanced Score Card report
• Preparation of various analysis and reports for the top management as required
• Preparation of periodic regional and management reports as well as Group reports
• Leading and/or participation to any other ad-hoc projects, reporting requirements
• Develop and monitor a credit control system in collaboration with sales and marketing, finance and executive team members.
• Establish policies that follow customer service best practices while ensuring customers submit payments on time.
• Check customer credit reports, approve or deny applications and communicate decisions to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular analysis of the credit-control system and implement changes as needed to reduce bad debts.
• Report any collection issues to management or the appropriate team.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.
• Look for ways to improve debt collection processes
• Processing and reporting bank and payment transactions in the absence of the Treasury Supervisor.
