Nitto Bento Bantçılık San. ve Tic. A.Ş is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto.

We are currently accepting applications for our growing organisation located in Esenyurt / Istanbul where we produce closure system components for baby and adult diapers for hygiene market, as well as packaging tapes, surface protection tapes for window profiles, external facade panels, aluminum and steel plates for industrial sectors.

Purpose and Duties:

• Utilizes the resources of the SAP system to initiate purchase requisitions and purchase orders, backlog management, invoicing, material management.
• Competent in follow-ups and adapting an analytical approach,
• Hands-on experience in international maritime transportation,
• Manages on-time delivery, logistics, custom clearance, and inventory.
•  Performs purchasing activities in compliance with procurement standards, controls, and ethical business practices.
• International loading organization and management,
• Supports assigned organizations to fulfill the procurement needs and requirements of mass product activities.
• Engage in the department’s General Affairs issues.
• Taking an active role in the development and systematic projecting of all foreign trade processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Foreign Trade / Supply Chain.  (Preferably in Faculty of International Trade & International Relations & Logistics or similar fields),
• Experienced minimum 3-4 years in import and export operation processes,
• Having knowledge of incoterms 2022
• Result-oriented, with follow-up, planning and organizational skills,
• Ability to work as a team member, strong human relations and communication, 
• High problem solving and decision making skills,
• Open to development and constantly learning,
• No travel restrictions
