Business Development Senior Specialist

Job Description:

• Develop new non-traditional delivery channels and third party partnerships

• Manage and deepen the relationship between the existing business partners

• Establish close relationship with NN International Team to follow the global best practises and be responsible for implementing them in local market

• Own and manage the yearly business development & innovations budget

• Manage the project management process from end to end for newly developed channels and coordinate the relevant departments

• Prepare department’s presentation and feasibility reports for new channels

• Make market researches and follow up innovations and trends around insurance market

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a related field

• Bachelor degree in a related field (MBA is a plus)

• Very good communication skills (Turkish & English)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Result and solution oriented, proactive and responsible

• Talented in planning, organisation and reporting
