Job Description

• End to end process monitoring of the digital channels (Internet and Mobile branch)  which are using by NN Customers. The process includes building the user experience strategy, listing the requirements and testing.
  
• To improve the digital customer experience; adding new functions , monitoring the implementation of changes due to legislations in digital channels and tracking the effectiveness
• HTML developments for mailings and forms
• Applying customer communication actions according to the planned strategy
• To ensure that communication is carried out in a consistent,language integrity
• Preparing the content of the scripts and also SMS and email marketing campaigns and sending them
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports and taking actions accordingly to improve customer experience
