QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • 10+ years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor degree in a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Very Good communication skills (Turkish & English
  • Mature and initiative personality and capable to work under pressure 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Result and solution oriented, proactive and responsible
  • Talented in planning, organisation and reporting. 


İŞ TANIMI

  • Manage account management, project management and business development teams
  • Set bancassurance strategy with CBAO and analyzing the market, the competitors, the bank customers, alignment with company and the banks strategies
  • Monitor and prepare department’s presentation and executive reportings, channels and bancassurance’s customer segments profitability
  • Be responsible for the monthly dashboard of the bancassurance figures
  • Provide periodical dashboards of the competition & market & trends
  • Manage market researches and innovation benchmarks around the insurance world
  • Relationship management with the banks’ marketing, sales, product departments
  • Plan, visit and meet with channels, partners periodically to enhance cooperation, to restructure or reengineer processes and procedures, to manage joint projects
  • Involve in the sales and product development processes with related parties, innovation and efficiency as well as monitoring and reporting profitability and market share of all bancassurance products
  • Determine bancassurance channels and products integration with other alternative delivery channels and planning holistic view of bancassurance customers across company and bank multichannels
  • Organize and determine the campaign and loyalty strategy of the bancassurance together wtih the related parties of the bank
  • Involve in internal and external projects related with bancassurance or company level strategies
  • Coordinate and liaise with H/O, banks, third parties and internally to develop and enhance bancassurance strategies
  • Cooperate with sales and other departments to identify new product, channels, customer segment opportunities and fine tune bancassurance strategies
  • Give feedback to sales and other related departments for ongoing projects, strategies & directions, marketing activities
  • Plan, coordinate and develop necessary tools, processes to respond sales, customers and channels needs in an efficient way
  • Manage business development opportunities
  • Develop new bancassurance and third party delivery channels
  • Manage and coach its team to perform efficiently for realizing all these purpose
