System & Network Senior Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical discipline
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven experience managing complex network
• Must be able to deal with complex systems with minimal supervision
• Manages the installation, operation and maintenance of the hardware, software, storage, backup, security and LAN/WAN devices
• Troubleshooting SAN problems, adding/merging LUN’s, developing backup procedures including VTL, and disaster data replication. Performing backups and restores, DRC tests, etc.
• Ability to collaboratively work in a team environment / able to work with a variety of personality types
• Advanced level knowledge of Windows Client and Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, O365, IIS, Clustering
• Experience working with Vmware vSphere problem determination, capacity planning and root cause analysis
• Operation experience where COBIT/ISF standards properly followed
• Strong logical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Expert knowledge of system security concerns and vulnerabilities
• Performing Vulnerability scans using Nessus and other related tools
• Familiarity for IT Related tools like Veeam backup, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Nessus, ServiceNow etc.
• No Military Service obligation
• Good verbal and written English communication skills is a must
• Cloud knowledge is a plus (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of scripting and PowerShell is a plus
• One of the following certifications; MCSA, MCSE, MCITP,VCP,CCNA is desirable

İŞ TANIMI

• Provide day to day operations and in-depth technical support
• Determining future requirements and manage related projects
• Ensures networks, workstations, operating systems and software applications are operational; ensures hardware and software is patched and/or updated; ensures all analog and broadband circuits are operational in accordance with vendor specifications.
• Ensures for the availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to the organization
• Follow-up processes and procedures, document and collect evidences for IT Audits.
• Maintenance agreements, service contracts, etc. related to technology operations and/or technology services are evaluated, updated and processed.
