Qualifications

·       Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related engineering departments of the universities,

·       4+ years of experience in Corporate Project/Portfolio Management processes,

·       Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques (preferably PMP or Prince2 training),

·       Strong analytical and critical thinking skills,

·       Experienced in Project & Portfolio management software (Clarity, Planview, etc.).

Job Description:

·       Support and monitor the corporate projects carried out by the Project Management Office in accordance with the plan and objectives,

·       Ensure that the project processes are created and carried out in desired content and quality,

·       Provide executive visibility to project, program, portfolio and functional level status, issues and operational risks,

·       Develop status reports & proactively report on any snags in the project timeline and provide suggestions for solutions,

·       Support in the implementation and embedding of processes, methods and best practice into service activities for the function, including project management & quality management.
