Leading international manufacturer of wind turbines worldwide, present in several countries across the world seeks qualified Engineers/Technicians/Blade Experts within the development of its activities in Izmir to fill the owing position in field operations in;

Essential Experiences, Skills and Qualifications: 

• High school graduation at minimum,
• Driving Licence is a must,
• G41 medical report to work at heights Irata/Sprat valid certificates for rope access inspection,
• Experienced Knowledge of Wind Turbine Systems,
• English language skills (spoken and written),
• Excellent fault finding and problem-solving skills,
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations,
• Capable of writing Technical report,
• Capacity for Teamwork and Collaboration Skills,
• Capable repairing of blades at site Computer literate, able to use MS Office and in house database and workload management systems Willing to travel on a regular basis

Responsibilities: 

• Do/Join Blade inspections in the different wind farms with rope access or blade platform,
• Auditing of Blade inspections Repair within the authority of inspected work if necessary,
• Follow regular blade maintenance/inspection activities including subcontractors and report them to senior management,
• Assure that work/maintenance/repair instructions are up to date and compatible with valid standards,
• Provide internal quality/technical support,
• Analyse complex defects on Blades,
• Support Operations function in carrying out large and complex repairs,
• Compile reports for management and engineering Contact with CE and internal technical departments.
