Service Sales Manager

The Nordex Group, one of the world's leading, fastest growing producers of wind power turbines, with a balanced global footprint in both growth and volume markets, seeks qualified Service Sales Manager.

Essential Experiences, Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Law,
• Masters degree or other advanced certification in a related area would be an asset,
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with long-term service contracts, in sales contract management and / or sales experience in capital goods industry,
• Experience with sales to utilities or from wind industry / power generation is an asset,
• Sales professional with proven track record in winning contracts,
• International / -cultural experience of the target markets,
• Proactive and result orientated with strategic and analytical skills,
• Excellent in both written and spoken English. Further language skills would be an advantage,
• Ready to travel on a regular basis. 
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  

• Negotiation of new service contracts and renewals,

• Participation in the sales process of wind turbines to ensure favourable service contract conditions,
• Preparation of project specific pricing & solutions,
• Support sales team regarding all service related matters as member of the extended sales team,
• Professional presentation of service contract offerings including proper cost benefit argumentation,
• Management of large tenders in regards of service matters (preparation of documents and interface to other departments),
• Continuous market observation of customer needs, trends und competitor analysis in order to support in the developing of the service product portfolio.
