We are in search for a Human Resources Generalist for our factory in Europe Free Zone inTekirdag/Corlu.
Scope of the Job:
HR Generalist will be responsible for applying human resources expertise. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering knowledge on payroll, legal approach on employee relations, manager support and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between employee and management. The role will be reporting to HR Manager in headquarters (Istanbul).
Perform duties, including onboarding new employees, managing HR workflows, facilitating employee moves, organizing new hires for orientation, updating organizational charts, preparing HR reports, maintaining HR records, assisting applicant flow and the interview process and drafting HR announcements.
Ensure the Labor Law compliance of all HR processes.
Manage all ISKUR, SGK, legal incentive processes.
Produce an accurate and timely payroll and Manage monthly payroll processes in coordination with HR Department which includes preparing the raw data for overtime calculations, meal and transportation allowances, leave payments, pension payments etc.
Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors and Be part of solution for all problems.
Support the company culture and employee engagement activities.
Have responsibilities include employee relations event management and coordination including all of the logistics from invites and catering to managing presenters and assisting with content.
Administrative and compliance duties such as managing employee files and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and complete employee records, organizational charts, job descriptions etc.
Follow company attendance and Provide support for increasing efficiency by way of minimizing the absenteeism rate through deriving daily reports from personnel tracking system (PTS).
Take an active role and give support for recruitment, business partnership, employment branding, training, personnel affairs, performance management and organizational development processes.
Support HR team which may include HR Special projects/responsibilities as defined by department management.
Bachelor Degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences is preferred.
Ideally 3 years of experience in a similar role within a production facility although a HR Generalist background will be considered.
Good command of English.
Effective use of Microsoft Office programs.
HR and Payroll software experience is must.
Must be analytical but also a team player and problem solver.
Strong time management, planning, tracking and controlling and prioritization skills.
Communicative, self disciplined and result oriented,
