 We are in search for a "Export Regional Manager" for our Head Office in Istanbul.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduation from a reputable university in related fields
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (knowledge of Arabic/French/Russian/Spanish as a second language will be highly preferred)
• Very good level of MS-Office applications
• Advanced knowledge of export procedures and regulations
• Min 8 years experience in international sales and Parfum/Cosmetics/FMCG sectors
• Excellent coordination and conflict resolution management skills with clients
• No restrictions for travelling to abroad
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitoring the customer performance and motivating them to achieve business goals and financial targets.
• Observing and analyzing the market and competitors to set an efficient strategy for sustainable growth.
• Visiting the clients regularly to follow up and improve expansion of Note Cosmetique Make up sales channels in territory.
• Seeking and setting up new partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, beauty retailers, pharmacies etc. at current and new markets.
• Accurate budgeting and forecasting for each country in the territory.
• Managing the product assortment together with Trade Marketing, taking into account market dynamics, competitors, new product launches, slow movers and delisted products
• Responsible from all Export process starting from the order receipt till the delivery of the goods in coordination with Operations, Marketing, Planning, Logistics and Finance.
