Qualifications;

• Advanced English and preferably a second language will be an asset
• Open minded with high communication skills, dynamic, and self motivated,
• Strong reporting, oral and written expression skills,
• Having systematic working habits and strong ability to follow business processes, by giving importance to details,
• Taking pleasure in problem solving and being a good teacher/trainer
• Having analytical thinking and quality oriented approach
• At ease with MS Office programs,
• Be able to travel abroad if requested,
• Be ready to provide remote support from whatsapp/teamviewer 
• Ideally graduated from engineering or similar analytical minded departments
• New graduated or experienced candidates will be both considered
• Male candidates will preferably be excempt from military obligation
• Preferable have a B class driver's license.

Job description;

The male or female candidate will analyze, follow and respond to customer technical demands, prepare and follow up customer reports, inform the product improvement team about technical requests of the customers, install 3d printers remotely and train customers about usage (using online tools or mobile apps such as whatsapp) 

This person shall be meticulous with strong analytical skills in order to follow customers on a step by step approach while reporting its activity to our R&D and Export Sales team members.

Inline with our growing and vibrant international market exposure, we are looking for after sales technical support colleagues to our technical support department.
