QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for “Maintenance Engineer” for Maintenance Section in our production plant in Şekerpınar/KOCAELİ.

• University degree (BS/MS) in Engineering (Mechatronics/Electrical and Electronics) Department
• Preferably plastic enjection machine experience is a plus
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in automotive sector as similar position
• Excellent command of English
• Strongly creative with an analytical mind , result oriented,motivated and positive.
• Having Mechatronics knowledge &  PLC,Control & Automation tools
• Robotic controls (Specially, Fanuc Brand is a plus)
• Pneumatic & Hydraulic knowledge (Basic level is a must, will be supported for advanced training)
• Good knowledge of MS office programs
• Completed military service for male candidate
• Driving licence (class B)
• Willing to live in Koceali
• Flexible working hours
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving attitudes

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To be employed in Maintenance department and reported to directly maintenance manager
• Taking actions and making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects and support maintenance team members for production&utility machines/equipments
• Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities in production lines to provide continuous and high performance production
• Spare parts management, determining the needs, monitoring and supplying
• Applications for PLC programing, back up management and revisions for required by production and engineering department such as poka yoke controls etc…
• Supporting  new equipment projects, improve systems regarding the requirements of factory
• Supporting and following up utility equipments.
• Working in a harmony with production maintenance team leader & members
• To be done all activities by following NOVARES smartcard instructions related to department works
• Department KPI following up and prepare&follow up specific actions to be reached department targets
