We are looking for a Jr.Production Shift Specialist for one of our plants in Gebze.

• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Pharmacy departments,
• Excellent command of verbal and written English,
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications,
• Analytical thinking, strong planning, strong people management, resource management and organizational skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

Get necessary coordination and organizational assignments to ensure all production and packaging processes  are performed on time in Sandoz.

• Ensure production and packaging operations are executed according to standard operating procedures in alignment with cGMP and HSE rules of Sandoz and customer specific regulations.

• Coordinate production and packaging operations and lead production stuff during evening and night shifts.
•  Ensure the documentation are kept right first time such as following the measurement and control  activities in  process, checklists, logbook, and batch records, etc. according to  good documentation practices.
•  Monitor manufacturing conditions and environmental circumstances and ensure clean zones are well maintained and kept in order.
• Perform start control of a new batch, close manufacturing reports on time
• Provide and support  ideas continues improvement in  productivity,machine reliability, and to remove muda in manufacturing process flows
•  Be a team member in matrix organizations for new projects.
• Control and update visual management board
• Control and sustain 5S included fields and rooms.
