About the Department

The Finance & Operations Department is responsible for the financial and logistics management of Novo Nordisk Turkey. We aim to be the best finance operation in the global pharma industry, being true business partners and continuously improving our performance while offering our people a challenging place to work. 

The position

You will report to the Financial Planning & Procurement Manager and will be responsible for;

·         Ensuring solid Financial Controlling, Reporting, Budgeting, Analysis and Finance Partnering processes, performed effectively and timely

·         Managing relationship with internal (GIA) and external auditors in areas of Management Reporting and Budgeting

·         Participating in cross functional projects, steering committees, tasks forces where Financial expertise is required

·         Training & developing relevant colleagues in Financial Controlling, Budgeting, Analysis etc.

Qualifications

You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, mathematics or similar faculties with a minimum 3 years of proven experience in Financial Controlling, Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Financial Analysis. You have very good command over both written and spoken English & Turkish and have advance knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

In addition, you have business knowledge within the following areas: Business planning & analysis, Accounting, Internal control, Compliance & inspection, Project management, Knowledge of all related systems (preferably SAP).
