We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to join our People&Culture team!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Human Resources and/or other related field
• Minimum 5 years of previous experience in recruitment, employer branding & university collaborations
• Management Trainee Program IT Recruitment experience is an asset
• Experience with using online recruitment portals
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication

• Execute the mass recruitment program strategy to ensure to attract and retain the best young talents
• Support and manage recruitment team to deliver the best service to internal clients
• Conducting career activities at target universities to increase our brand strength and communicate potential candidates
• Periodical reporting of all tasks
