Training Coordinator

Coordination of training activities for IT staff for the BSH-wide rollout of NGW - Next Generation Workplace. 
Brief Description:
Implementation/coordination of trainings based on a predefined training concept. Concept adjustments if necessary. Interface between OCM (Organizational Change Management) + technical project parts + regional IT. 
Required Skills:

Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Organizational skills.
Very good knowledge of M365 products
Strong communication skills
Good technical understanding
Fast comprehension
Experience in user support
Stress resistance
 
Steps/Packages to be performed:

- Get to know and understand the WP2025 project.
- Get to know and understand the NGW
- View and understand the training concept and existing materials

- Active communication with different stakeholders
- Coordinate and actively support the preparation of required materials such as trainer guides, presentations and documentation
- Coordination of the training execution
- Scheduling with different project parts
- Providing trainings in the BSH environment: training portal + wiki
- Monitoring the utilization and acceptance/feedback of the trainings and reacting to it

- Regular coordination with the relevant units in the WP2025 Rollout OCM subproject
