Our expectations from the Import Specialist, who will work at one of our Nuh Çimento group companies,

·Manage international freight and customs operations,

·Control international logistics (land, sea, air, projects); plan efficient and economic routes for imports, and decide on optimum models of logistics,

·Prepare contracts for logistics, spot purchases, and insurance,

·Follow up operations with officials at the customs; obtain import permits from related ministries and institutions such as the Ministry of Environment, EÇBS, TAEK, İsgüm, etc.,

·Manage Nuh Çimento’s C type bonded warehouse and stocks,

·Manage purchasing processes of solid fuel (coal and petcoke), contracts, bids, and reporting to the board.

General Qualifications

We are looking for an Import Specialist who;

·Has a bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a similar field.

·Resides in Kocaeli or Asian side of Istanbul.

·Has 3+ years of experience in logistics, international trade, and international freight.

·Has knowledge of import, logistics, and supply chain.

·Is experienced in MS Office Programs and SAP MM module.

·Has excellent communication skills and is good at teamwork.

·Has strong understandings of organisation and priority management, and is proactive.
