Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Engineering (preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science), MSc/PhD Degree in Engineering (preferred) or Management Information Systems.

• 3+ years of experience in similar position.

• Ability to co-operate with different teams. 

• Having familiarity on programming languages and case tools.

• Experience on MS Office tools.

• Experience on software development, software development methodologies and processes.

• Scrum Certificate (preferred).

• PMP Certificate (preferred).

Job Description: 

• Requirements Analyst continuously develops and grooms requirements that serve as the build-to specification for development and testing, and bridges the gap between the Product Management and Development as part of Program Management function. 

• Requirements Analyst is accountable to Program Manager and Operation Director/Technical Executive under operation responsibility and works under resource management of Sr. Program Management Director. 

• Requirements Analyst responsibilities are carried out by related Program Manager if a Requirements Analyst is not assigned. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Responsible from execution of Requirements Development processes in accordance with company processes and standards. 

• Responsible from providing process improvement proposals, and participation to process improvement studies. 

• Responsible from providing trainings related to requirements development process, and related tools. 

• Responsible for performing Risk Management at Program level to ensure that scope, scope change, requirements related risks are under control by identifying risks, analyzing risks, preparing risk responses, and executing mitigation and contingency plans.
