  • Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align it the ethos and goals of the brand,
  • Establishing targets, business objectives and brand strategies aligns with global business plan according to these analyses,
  • Managing Budget and P&L,
  • Making plans and reach to targeted profit and turnover,
  • Organizing events & campaigns in POS to increase sell-out and brand awareness,
  • Daily communication to develop relations with pharmacists and beauty advisors of the pharmacies,
  • Analyzing and reporting monthly and quarterly territory work plans, sales, categories, costumer performance,
  • Defining market, competitor’s share, competitor’s profile,
  • Analyzing trends, demand and customer needs,
  • Monitoring costs and evaluating any need for pricing revisions,
  • Managing social media and digital media channels,
  • Managing PR activities,
  • Managing export & import process,
  • Planning and organizing all training process and also giving class trainings to the sales team,
  • Producing BTL marketing materials.


İŞ TANIMI

  • BS/BA Degree is must, Marketing MBS is an asset,
  • 5+ years marketing experiences in relation sectors,
  • Skills in marketing needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation,
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills,
  • Strong presentation skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers,
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team,
  • Visionary and strategical mind, multitasking personality, result orientation, inspirational,
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and managed care environments,
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook),
  • High level of motivation and integration skills,
  • Excellent planning and organization skills,
  • Fluency in written and spoken English,
  • French is an asset.
