QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

What You Need for this Position 

  • University degree in Computer Science, MIS or related fields 
  • Fluent English is a must, 
  • At least 3 years previous experience in technical analysis tasks: flow diagrams, database tables, logging structure, related international standards etc. 


What You Will Be Doing 

  • Ensuring up-to-date documentation of processes and stable operation of applications,
  • Coordinating development of business requirements and technical improvements with internal and external partners,
  • Assist change requests of the network, the digital monitoring, the system management, and client electronics products. Assist to determine required action plans and document the action plan in JIRA Service Desk Software,
  • Delivery, coordination and assisting with IT Systems, networks, and Infrastructure related projects; requests, tasks, security, and associated requirements,
  • Lead or support problem diagnosis, solution implementation across all network or system related issues as and when required,
  • Follows a structured approach for reporting, tracking and documenting all support, changes and service requests via the standard IT helpdesk system (JIRA),
  • Assist in proceeding and organizing training for the company’s stakeholders regarding information security and IT related products,
  • Manage local vendors and contractors that support IT infrastructure or supply IT related products,
  • Lead and manage the reporting ISO 27001 process and support the OT Team in reporting EMRA ECS Security Standard compliance,
  • Improve the local IT project reporting structure, and keep all the projects documented in the indicated format,
  • Display constant improvement through efficiencies, automation, and innovation - to be measured and reported on at least on a quarterly basis; and other duties, as assigned.
