We are looking for  a “Finance Manager” who will add value with his/her dynamism and field knowledge to join ODAŞ.

GENEL NİTELİKLER

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
• At least 7 years of experience in the field (banking and/or real sector),
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English,
• Preferably experience in the energy and mining sector,
• Very good command of MS Office programs (Excel and PowerPoint in particular), 
• Able to effectively use the Logo Tiger Plus program preferably,
• Having analytical thinking skills,
• Diligent, meticulous in work follow-up, with developed consolidation skills, 
• Strong communication skills and relationship management, 
• Excellent questioning and problem solving skills, 
• Competent in planning and organization,
• Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and flexible work culture,
• No military obligation (for male candidates).

İŞ TANIMI 

• Ensure and coordinate communication of Group companies with all domestic and foreign banks and financial institutions,
• Participate in the development of short, medium and long term business plans by analyzing financial data,
• Make recommendations to ensure the proper use of financial resources,
• Evaluate alternative financial instruments and financial risks,
• Lead projects to increase efficiency of financial processes and improve communication and collaboration with units,
• Ensure and control the execution of all financial transactions such as cash flow, payment schedules, collections, credit, check payments, liquidity management and project financing in line with corporate strategies,
• Manage Financial Due Diligence and Financial Feasibility studies for new investments,
• Control the effective and error-free execution of the Group companies' cash operations,
• Maintain relations with all internal and external stakeholders related to financial transactions,
• Monitor daily market conditions and inform their Supervisor when necessary,
• Perform weekly/monthly/annual reporting procedures related to financial processes,
• Follow up developments related to legal legislation.
