What is the role?

As a Talent Acqusition Specialist, you will be responsible for a full spectrum of recruitment activities. You will be managing talent acquisition processes end-to-end. Moreover, you will be supporting employee experience related projects in a fast growing tech company.

What you’ll be responsible?

• Develop and drive sourcing strategy for all positions in Smartmessage
• Ensure external talent pipeline creation to support existing and upcoming business needs.
• Identify appropriate candidate sources (campus events, social networks, industry events).
• Managing and executing end-to-end recruitment process.
• Execute recruitment strategy, policy and programs.
• Proactive approach on developing talent pool and employer branding activities.
• Ensure positive candidate experience.
• Ensure high quality of candidate pipeline (shortlists).
• Assessment methods execution: Execute identified best practices, developed and maintained methods.
• Conduct competency based interviews.
• Ownership for e-recruitment process tools (ATS)
• Manages university relationships and takes active role at university events
• Recommend and influence hiring managers’ to provide the best suitable talent for the organization.
• Owns the hiring manager relationship and is responsible for their overall satisfaction.

• a good command of written and spoken English;
• experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information;
• proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment;
• strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
• at least 3 years of experience in the area
