QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University degree in a related field (Preferably  Computer Programs, Mathematics, Electrical and Electronics or Computer Engineering),
  • Customer oriented with strong communication skills,
  • Ability to learn quickly and think creatively,
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment,
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and customer support skills required,
  • Basic database and SQL knowledge,
  • Basic HTML knowledge,
  • Good command of both written and spoken English is a must,
  • Experience in the digital and marketing tech environment is preferable.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Developing relationships with customers, answering their questions via e-mail, phone and helpdesk application,
  • Communicating requests which comes through customers to the relevant departments,
  • Providing the first point of contact for all client inquiries, support requests, and issue resolution,
  • Becoming an expert in all products and take advantage of opportunities for continuous learning,
  • Providing ideas, suggestions to promote process and quality improvements,
  • Provide application support for our products
