ODEON Tours Destination Services and Destinations Management provides services to tour operators from Türkiye, Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus and other CIS countries, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Balkan countries, Czech Republic, Romania, Switzerland and Germany with its own destination services companies in Türkiye, Egypt, Thailand, UAE, Spain, Greece and Vietnam. 

We are looking for a motivated "Contract Assistant Specialist" following qualifications; 

• A graduate of an university, preferably graduate of a tourism department,
• Have a minimum of 2 years of travel agency or hotel experience booking, contract or price.
• Speak English strong written and verbal communication,
• Capable of problem solving, questioning, research,
• Analytical thinking, planning, reporting ability improved,
• Open to self-improvement,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively in business,
• Be able to take responsibility for task tracking,
• Successful in human relations,
• Compatible to teamwork,
• Resident or able to reside in Antalya

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that contract updates are done correctly (SPO, EB, Stop sales etc.)
• Respond to all requests of tour operators in a timely manner and ensure coordination
• Making necessary correspondence with hotels abroad and partners abroad
• It will keep all the data of the products in the relevant folders up to date
• We are looking for a teammate to prepare relevant operational and statistical reports.
