QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description? 

  • Good command of software development life cycle,? 
  • Work closely with design, mobile, front-end and back-end development teams,  
  • Strong planning and organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks, time and scope management, resource planning, and following up the whole process,  
  • Ensure compliance with the statement of work and project timeline  
  • Manage and conduct the analysis meetings and status meetings with the customer. 
  • Detail the process, understanding the customer's expectation, realizing and minimizing the risks in the analysis stages of the project. 
  • Share all the expectations regarding the project with the team through the project management tool used. 
  • Actively participate in UX/UI design processes and prepare UX documentation (information architecture maps, wireframes, use cases, task flows, etc.) to be used by design & development teams  
  • Follow the team's timing schedule continuously through routine meetings and intraday communication. 
  • Responsible for testing and approval of the tasks to be completed and published 
  • Keep all documents related to the project up to date. 
  • To be the main responsible for regular meetings to be held for the management to be informed about the status of the projects. 
  • Maintain a strong customer focus and ensure regular communication with and accurate reporting to the client  
  • Establish effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution  
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with clients  
  • Engage with clients consistently to build relationships and drive KPI's for the company  
  • Manage the team’s performance against budget and KPI’s.  
  • Coordinate the billable events and invoicing with the revenue management department.  
  • Maintain the necessary communication to motivate the team. 
  • Play an active role in proposal preparing processes



Qualifications  

  • Minimum of 4-5+ years of experience in Software Project Management  
  • Experience working with and implementing project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban),  
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management including internal teams, clients, third parties, upper management  
  • Experience in project management tools/software (Jira experience is preferred)  
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and can-do attitude,  
  • Flexibility and ability to conform to shifting priorities and timelines  
  • Effective verbal and written communication ability in both Turkish & English  
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills  
  • A team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a multi-discipline, multi-project environment  
  • A business-focused way of thinking and a strong hands-on, results-driven mentality combined with a high desire to work strategically  
  • Highly analytical skillset with an aptitude for figures and data-driven argumentation  
  • Proactivity and risk management  
  • Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas  
  • You are flexible in employing project management methodologies and are adaptive to an environment of constant improvement  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills? 
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint Online and On-Premises projects, 
  • Experience in UI Development and Mobile Development projects, 
  • Experience in web or mobile projects, integrated with 3rd party products (SAP, Dynamics CRM, etc.)
