• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field from reputable university
• Min. 10 years of experience in business development
• Min 5 years experience in leadership roles at Sales/Business Development Department
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Customer/ Sales/ Result oriented
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills
• Having driving licence and currently active as a driver
• No military obligation

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing sales activities in the responsible regions
• Main task will be to promote the  products in every form to ensure promotion and sales of out possibilities
• To maintain existing customer relations in the region as well as expand the customer base with new ones, whilst keeping your customer portfolio up-to-date at all times by administrating date in the available CRM-system.
• To visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built - with the operational team - a customized solution that perfectly fits with their needs.
• As the single point of contact in the region, to deal with the suppliers to improve the buying conditions and service levels
• New customers leading to new business
• Ensure enough commercial visits have been done to generate business
• To provide the necessary coordination to realize annual sales targets
