We are looking for an "Factory HR Manager" for our client which is one of the global players in its sector. 

 Qualifications: 

 • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR functions 

• Good level of English 

• Experience in Union Relations and Negotiations 

• Knowledge of Employment law & labor regulations, Compensation, Performance and Talent Management. 

• Ability to use networks to influence business activity 

• Ability to resolve conflicts 

Job Description: 

 • Lead a continuous improvement of relations with the employees in the Factory based on HR strategies, activities, initiatives and related systems for blue collar employees and 3rd Party Contractors within Business Strategy 

• Ensure that corporate principles and company policies, procedures and government requirements are applied in all factory HR activities and perform development of the team 

• Ensure Human Resources applications are in line with Labor Law and Company standards 

• Manage relationship with union representatives and all blue collar employees in line with Company benefits. 

• Participate, as a key member of the appropriate management team, in the development & delivery of the business/shared service strategies, objectives and tactics in line with the employee relations strategy 

• Manage organizational change programs from start to project completion to ensure human resource considerations are effectively addressed
