Process Training Superintendent

We are global mining company which has several sites around the world. We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative, and self-motivatedProcess Training Superintendent for our project in Develi.

Job Profile

• Preparing new job safety analyzes, takes responsibility of keeping operational “Job Safety Analyzes” updated and takes responsibility of JSA training of Process Department,
• Preparing new risk assessments when needed and takes responsibility of keeping operational “Risk Assessments” updated,
• Coordinating relationship between H&S, Environmental, HR and Process Departments,
• Controlling all documentation related to H&S / Environmental / HR and Process Departments and keeps all documents updated,
• Trains employees about H&S topic by preparing training notes and related documents and scheduling trainings,
• Prepares Crushing and ADR Plant equipment/heavy duty equipment training notes and provides trainings,
• Takes responsibility of all documentation at Process Department with compliance to standards and regulations,
• Takes responsibility of ICMI certification process and other possible certification processes.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mining / Mineral Processing / Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years related experience,
• Mining industry experience is strongly preferable,
• Excellent command of English both written and verbal,
• Professional knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point),
• Have an analytical approach,
• Have strong negotiation and representation skills,
• Competency in oral and written communications and eagerness to participate teamwork,
• Ability to take initiative,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Current valid driver license,
• Living in or willing to relocate to Develi, Kayseri.
