QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in  Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, MIS, Computer Engineering, Electric or Electronic Engineering

* 3 to 5 years of Technical Experience in below areas:

* Knowledge of IT infrastructure; Windows Servers and Operating Systems, administration and maintenance

* Experience with virtualization solutions (HyperV); backup, update, restore and recovery tools (Veeam)

* Experience with helpdesk solutions (ChangeGear, Jira etc.)

* Network skills with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and knowledge of Cisco devices installation and Management (routers, switches, APs)

* Cisco VOIP PBX Knowledge for system management

* Experience with network firewalls (Fortigate)

* Experience with Database  System  Management (MSSQL) will be an asset

* A humble multitasker capable of  torubleshooting network problems while providing support to end-users.

* Intermediate level English  to follow technical documentation and understand email communications in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position requires to be a true teamplayer responsible for performing IT(Information Technology) activities as stated below aligned with company procedures & policies.

* Daily monitoring of the IT infrastructure, Windows Servers (physical & virtual), Network (Cisco network devices) and Security devices (Firewalls).

* Coordinating the regular IT maintenance services with vendors (e.g. UPS, AC, Printers, CCTV, IP Cameras, Cisco Telephone PBX systems, etc.)

*  Contributing to the local help desk tasks  by performing support to end users, troubleshooting the problems and chasing IT tickets requests closely

*  Following-up IT inventory and stock,

* Assisting IT equipment and installations (laptop, printer, iPhone) for users, maintaining office IT peripherals and etc

* Documenting the daily & monthly reports

* Acting along with the IT Security principles and procedures

* Performing other related duties as assigned by the IT Department.
