What Our Future Finance Leaders Look Like Today

• Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• 3 - 5 years of professional finance experience with satisfactory performance record
• Strong aptitude for finance with broad knowledge and not afraid to dive deep into quantitative data analyses
• Demonstrates strong leadership, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence other leaders in finance and the business
• Can successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Advanced user of Excel. SAP and knowledge of SQL is preferred
• Willingness to travel and commitment to the rotations over the length of the program
• Strong work ethics and principles
• Team player with positive attitude to succeed
• Native in local language, fluent in English and third language is required (French, Italian, Spanish, Polish)

What The Program Offers
You will be entering a 2-year program composed of different local rotations in our production plants and offices located across Turkey; ensuring you get plenty of diverse experience. The program is designed to accelerate your career as a Finance professional and to develop the future financial leaders of our company. You will be given significant responsibility from the start to drive both business and financial decisions, mentorship and training.

After successful completion of this two-year rotational program, participants are expected to take on a financial leadership position supporting one of our many locations or managing and owning a financial project across locations.
