Senior Interior Designer - Female

For our ARCHITECTURAL & INTERIOR  DESIGN firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates;

We’re looking for experienced female architects and interior designers who are willing to work in our firm in Dubai.

The candidates must have excellent English as well as interaction skills who can interact with our customers in smooth, presentable and confident way.

The candidates must be very creative and talented  for ULTRA LUXURY DESIGN DEVELOPMENT.

Candidates must have mainly interior design conceptual and detailed design knowledge for luxurious residential, commercial, hospitality and retail projects.

Candidates must have leadership skills who are able to lead draughtsmen/ AutoCad operators/ 3D visualizers who will be working under her.

Candidates must have very good knowledge for the rendering programs including but not limited to sketch up, 3d max, lumion, etc.

Candidates must be very knowledgeable and experienced to review detailed shop drawings to make sure the developed conceptual design has been converted into detailed shop drawings perfectly with no mistakes.

Candidates must have very good knowledge about bespoke joinery/ carpentry works.

Candidates must have good coordination skills to do design coordination between design studio and the project sites  

Candidates must have very good knowledge and interest to interior finishes, design trends, brands, arts, etc.

Candidates must have perfect knowledge for loose furniture/ FF&E scope of works to select best possible products of reputable brands from different countries, mainly Italy for our luxurious projects.

Candidates must be okay to work with high tempo in multi-national working environment with colleagues.

Only reputable universities’ diploma holders will be taken into consideration for the future online interviews such as İTÜ, ODTÜ, Mimar Sinan, Yıldız Teknik, etc.

The position is urgent so candidates must be okay with the idea of living out of Turkey for long years as while as they can fulfill the business’ requirements.
