We are looking for Technical Manager who is willing to shape the future with us.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical department, preferably in Industrial companies,
• Knowledge of heavy machinery or electric motor manufacturing processes,
• Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on needs of the department or business goals,
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated,
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead the team to a successful result,
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinker,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Fluent English language is a must,
• Istanbul Anatolian side resident.

Job Description

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and Maintenance functions,
• Lead the development of long-range capital planning for facilities maintenance, mechanical upgrades, production machinery maintenance/upgrades, new product introduction readiness, process improvements, and integration of automation/technology,
• Apply approved manufacturing engineering methods to improve performance, reduce waste, and promote cost reduction and efficiency,
• Report regularly on key aspects of the business, in accordance with routine and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
