In this role you will get to.. 

As a HQ Regional Sales Manager, you will be playing an instrumental role in the growth journey of Ommasign. This role will be responsible for opening new international markets and increasing the sales volume of our digital signage software product in targeted markets. Expanding Omma’s network of vendors, distributors and system integrators to offer a solution for organizations who are looking for the best digital signage software solution is the primary responsibility of the role. 

  • Opening new international markets
  • Manage regional sales pipeline and execute sales strategy to rapidly expand our footprint in new markets
  • Manage sales team and organize their sales routes to exceed all defined sales targets 
  • Partner with sales development, marketing, sales operations, customer success, and account management teams to optimize the sales funnel and ensure a smooth sales cycle 
  • Broaden network of vendors, distributors and system integrators in international markets 
  • Organizing sales routes for team members aligned with the sales strategy 
  • Regularly observe and share knowledge of international market conditions, competition and opportunities. 
  • Ensure customer engagement by proactively identifying any roadblock 
  • Hire and develop people and empower team to reach their potential 
  • Train, mentor and supervise teams on sales strategy, including pipeline management, people management, and sales skills 
  • Travel abroad to visit customers, attend events, regional sales meetings etc. as needed

We are looking for people who has/is ; 


  • Target-driven , solution-oriented , motivated ,self-starter with ability to work autonomously 
  • Strong negotiation skills and ready to challenge ideas when needed 
  • Confident and energetic; flexible and adaptable; detail-oriented, organized, practical thinking, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Proven record of driving a team to contract new business and regularly exceed sales target 
  • 10+ years software or technology products sales experience (6 + years in senior sales management roles, 2+ years of experience in overseas sales )
  • Digital Signage Software is preferred 
  • Superb written and oral communication skills in English 
  • Flexibility to travel abroad frequent basis 
  • Graduated from Engineering Departments of Universities
