KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide software technical training support for all internal and external customers of TURKEY&MENA&BALKAN in automation, servo, inverter&motion products, SCADA

Identifies training needs per product group, conducts individual and group technical training courses for employees and customers

To compile a library of technical training material using a range of methods, which would include the course notes for participants and all materials needed to run/present the courses.

Continuously update and improve existing training materials

Evaluate all training activities and develop methods

Initiate software training development by specifying requirements in cooperation with the Marketing team

Develop training planning for customers, partners, and engineering staff

Certification Program support for SI’s

Generate training service billings

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor or Master degree in engineering departments

At least 5 years training or application experience in Automation Control Systems / PLC / Motion / HMI&SCADA

Knowledge about programming IEC 61131-3 standards & PLC open function blocks for motion control

Preferably Omron Automation Controls hardware and software experience

Fluent level of English is mandatory (spoken and written)

Good communication skills to be able to communicate with the Global team

Able to travel frequently and has a valid driving license
