QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The Position is based in Istanbul/Beylikduzu and will report to the VP Sales


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key industry decision makers to maximize opportunities with existing and potential customers, through frequent visits and contact
  • Monitoring and responding to incoming customer requests via email, phone etc
  • Finding new customers and constantly expanding the business
  • Quote customers and Daily follow up with customers to close on quotations from the previous day
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Maximise all sales opportunities
  • Present, negotiate and close business deals with new or existing customers
  • Work with the regional sales teams to ensure sales opportunities are maximised in order to drive profitability and ensure defined targets for the region are met or exceeded
  • Understand customer needs ,shape new business requirements and be the voice of the customer
  • Participate in industry events (i.e. trade shows, conferences, networking events, etc.) to build and maintain corporate and individual presence


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 2+ years' of Business Development or marketing/ Sales management experience (Not experienced candidateswill be welcomed too.)
  • Excellent written and verbal English/Turkish communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to prioritizeand manage workloads
  • Good problem-solvingability with ability to use initiative and common sense
  • Multiple languages skills are preferred ( Arabic, Russian)
  • Living or willing to relocate in Istanbul/ Beylikduzu'
