Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Material-Metallurgy/ Industrial/ Mechatronic Engineering
• 1- 3 years of work experience as Production Engineer or similar responsibilities in production related business especially in Metal forming industry
• Understanding and proven experience of lean manufacturing tools and methods (value Stream Mapping, 5S, Line Balancing, Shopfloor Management etc.)
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, Pareto, Ishikawa etc.)
• Good knowledge of English both written and spoke
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with CAD tools (Solidworks, etc.)
• Positive, energetic and result-oriented
• Good level of MS Office applications
• Humble, modest and sincere, transparent
• Self-motivated, optimistic, courageous, and inspiring
• Quick to adapt to change, fast learner and persistent in the face of setbacks

 Responsibilities

• Organizing the necessary human resources and facility preparations to execute manufacturing programs
• Ensuring high quality, capacity and safe production
• Make, Execute and follow and realization of detailed production plan at shopfloor
• Minimizing the production costs and losses
• Organize and execute maintenance plan and reduce downtimes
• Ensuring occupational health and safety via actions and regulations
• Carrying out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the process
• Lead and execute 5S and Kaizen and continuous improvement activities at shopfloor
• Improve skill matrix of employees
• Train people within own work group
• Remove wastes from the processes
• Managing implementation of production processes and procedure
• Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions.
