JOB DESCRIPTION

• Executing Idle Capacity Application, Preparation of all required documentations, Executing Idle Capacity Application.
• Preparation of all required documentations.
• Collecting and scheduling Power and Pipeline Gas Customers daily nominations.
• Collection and Reconciliation of Consumption data of Pipeline Gas and Power.
• Providing correct and timely data entry to Scheduling Systems.
• Work in coordination with other departments to ensure maintaining correct data in the systems, Work in coordination with other departments to ensure maintaining correct data in the systems.
  
• Monitor and Control Logistic related invoices.
• Handle purchasing process in SAP system,Monitor and Control Logistic related invoices, Handle purchasing process in SAP system.
  
• Preparation invoicing data for end-users and other counter parties in Natural Gas, LNG and Power.
• Relationship management with customers, TSO, RDCs, LDCs, EPİAŞ and other stakeholders,Preparation invoicing data for end-users and other counter parties in Natural Gas, LNG and Power, Relationship management with customers, TSO, RDCs, LDCs, EPİAŞ and other stakeholders.
  
• Provide support to balance daily/hourly gas & power deliveries and timely & accurate data flow between finance and sales department.
• Collecting monthly settlement results and share with internal partners,Provide support to balance daily/hourly gas & power deliveries and timely & accurate data flow between finance and sales department, Collecting monthly settlement results and share with internal partners.
  
• Providing Profile Shape of Power and Pipeline Gas customers based on disclosed Profile Coefficients and/or historical consumption data.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering and Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar positions preferable in energy business.
• Advanced Excel skill required.
• Strong communication skills, analytic thinker, high social competence, able to work under pressure, and compatible.
• Fluent in English.
